The grand unveiling of Virador Beach Club at the Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica is here! Set against the backdrop of the renowned beach bearing its name, this exciting new dining experience promises to be an exceptional and memorable affair, drawing inspiration from the stunning natural surroundings and the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean. Virador Beach Club Eatery & Lounge is the epitome of relaxed luxury, offering a laid-back atmosphere and seamless service.

Ian-Robert Ciappara, the Four Seasons General Manager, enthuses, “Virador Beach Club has injected a fresh, vibrant energy into the Resort. It harmoniously combines the pristine beauty of Virador Beach with a tantalizing menu and impeccable service, creating an unparalleled beach club experience.”

The menu at Virador Beach Club showcases a delightful fusion of local ingredients and Eastern Mediterranean tastes, highlighted by freshly baked authentic breads like kumaj and Jerusalem bagels, laying the foundation for a convivial dining experience. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between casual and upscale, with meals served family-style, complemented by signature pitchers, cocktails, and bottle service.

Chef Khaled Natour, the culinary talent behind Virador Beach Club, proudly states, “Our dishes feature authentic Eastern Mediterranean flavors, drawing from the recipes passed down in my family’s cookbooks. They are a representation of my heritage and roots. I am excited to introduce Costa Rica and Four Seasons to the genuine tastes of my homeland, Haifa, Israel.”

Lunchtime simplicity is embodied in a range of gyro options, including falafel, shawarma, Milanese, fish, and beef, all wrapped in pita bread with vegetables, tzatziki sauce, and hand-cut Greek fries. Dinner, on the other hand, is elevated with a Mezze Platter featuring delectable dips such as tzatziki, hummus, and baba ghanoush, accompanied by kumaj bread.

To quench your thirst, there’s a refreshing selection of cocktails, available by the glass or in pitchers. Be sure not to miss the tropical twist on White Sangria, infused with peach, mango, and strawberries, or the Spritz, a delightful blend of lemon-infused elderflower and coconut water, topped off with prosecco.

For a touch of fashion flair, the resort tapped into the talents of Mexico City-based designer Kris Goyri to create an exclusive staff wardrobe. Goyri’s designs effortlessly blend style and sensuality, showcasing intricate patterns that seamlessly weave together traditional and modern elements. The collection mirrors the natural hues of a Costa Rican sunset, featuring warm lilacs and hints of orange in breathable linen. Goyri drew inspiration from the breathtaking natural beauty and biodiversity of Costa Rica during his time there.

Within the confines of Virador Beach Club, guests can luxuriate in The Cabanas, an adult-only pool with infinity-edge views of the majestic Pacific Ocean. Tucked away amidst lush greenery, these secluded retreats offer the utmost privacy, allowing guests to unwind and soak in the coastal ambiance without disturbance.

Operating hours for the Eatery & Lounge are from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, while The Cabanas at Virador Beach Club welcome guests from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
