Drew Doughty taunts Flames fans after OT winner: ‘Suck my d–k’

New York Post Sports 2 months ago

Drew Doughty may have made himself public enemy No. 1 in Calgary.

The longtime Los Angeles Kings defenseman looked like a wrestling villain after scoring an overtime goal against the Calgary Flames on Tuesday night, slamming the glass and making a crotch-chop gesture toward Flames fans in a wild celebration.

It appears Doughty, 29, is shouting ‘suck my d–k’ at the fans as he performed the gesture made famous by WWE’s D-Generation X stable, and then put his hand to his ear as Hulk Hogan famously used to do.

The goal came on a power play 50 seconds into overtime and gave the Kings their first win of the season. Doughty, a five-time All-Star who was a part of the Kings’ Stanley Cup teams in 2012 and 2014, has four points through two games.

With a name like Drew, we should have been an NFL quarterback. Think about it: Drew Brees, Drew Bledsoe, Drew Stanton, Drew Henson. It’s our favorite QB name, for obvious reasons. And now we can add Drew Lock to the list. Perhaps if in middle school...
