BROCK LESNAR reportedly saved Hulk Hogan in a private jet after the WWE legend’s emergency landing on the way to Saudi Arabia.
Veteran wrestler Hogan, 66, was travelling to the Crown Jewel event in Saudi when his plane had to make an abrupt emergency landing in Iceland.
Along with former WWE superstar Jimmy Hart, and close pal Ric Flair, Hogan revealed how the plane’s tyres blew out and brakes melted.
Taking to Instagram, The Hulkster revealed how a “buddy” from Minnesota had also stopped at Iceland at the same airport and told the wrestlers to climb aboard.
And according to PWInsider Hogan’s friend was none other than current WWE Universal champion Lesnar, who decided to travel to Riyadh on his own plane.
Flair was not mentioned in the social media post due to his onscreen rivalry with Hulkamania.
But Lesnar had a successful amateur wrestling career at the University of Minnesota before signing with the WWE, which was a clue to Hogan’s mystery buddy.
The Universal champion is set to defend his belt against UFC legend Cain Velasquez.
Their rivalry dates back to 2010 when Lesnar lost his UFC heavyweight title to the octagon veteran in a one-round demolition.
But nine years later and Velasquez has retired from MMA and set his sights on a pro wrestling career signing with the WWE after two matches for Mexican promotion Triple-A.
On the night of his in-ring debut, heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury also completes a crossover match, making his wrestling bow against Braun Strowman.
