Logan Paul says that he would ‘love’ to fight Conor McGregor in the UFC, doubling down on his previous comments.
Paul is in the middle of a training camp for his boxing bout against KSI – a rematch of their 2018 draw.
The 24-year-old now makes the step up to the professional ranks and headlines alongside the British YouTuber on a card packed full of talent at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, California.
Paul previously said that he would love to make the move to MMA after his boxing debut.
Asked about his ambitions to fight McGregor, Paul confirmed he would but needs at least a couple of years to pass by first.
“Absolutely, “Paul told Fight Hype.
“I would love to fight Conor McGregor. Here’s the caveat, I don’t want to do it in the next two years.
“I need time to get better and for him to get older.
“Let the man age a little bit, let me get a bit better and start to peak – then I’ll take on McGregor.
“I am a lot bigger than him, 20-30lbs heavier.”
The likes of WBO super-middleweight world champion Billy Joe Saunders and lightweight contender Devin Haney feature on the undercard, which could be one of the most viewed boxing events of the year.
