CHICAGO — All lanes are closed on eastbound Interstate 290 after a reported shooting.
The incident was reported around 6 a.m. Wednesday on the expressway near the Cicero Avenue ramp. Reports say a person was shot in the leg.
All lanes are now closed with traffic being diverted off the expressway at Central Avenue as police investigate and canvas the area.
