BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Emergency responders confirm that one person died and three others were taken to the hospital after a crash on I-10 East near Siegen Lane.
The crash took place around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 19.
Members of the Louisiana State Police are on scene of a single vehicle crash in this area. LSP is asking motorists to proceed with caution through the right lane.
As of 6:40 a.m., “The two left lanes are now blocked on I-10 East past Siegen due to an accident. Congestion is approaching Highland Road,” according to @BRTraffic.
