But dad William can be seen gently telling his son to calm down, with fans believing he was being considerate to Norwich fans, who lost the match 4-0.

According to Hello! , the Cambridges were sat in Norwich ground Carrow Road’s South Stand, surrounded by mainly home supporters.

Fans were quick to gush over the adorable father-son exchange on Twitter.

But royal fans were quick to gush about “adorable” Prince George

Another agreed adding: “Prince William telling George to calm down might be the best thing I’ve ever witnessed.”

“I was lip reading Prince William saying ‘calm down George’,” one replied.

“That little boy is the cutest thing” wrote a third.
