Socialite seeks child support boost — despite losing custody

A Manhattan socialite may not have custody of her kid, but that didn’t stop her from asking a judge Wednesday to award her a higher child support payout.

Julianne Michelle Reeves — a 34-year-old philanthropist and actress — asked a judge to increase the monthly payments she receives from her ex Karl Reeves from $1,681 a-month to as much as $10,000.

Julianne’s eleventh lawyer, Eleanor Vale, asked Justice Tandra Dawson Wednesday to order spousal support payments from between $6,500 to $7,000 and another $2,000 to $3,000 in child support, citing the high cost of raising the pair’s child on the Upper East Side.

Vale added that Karl — a 50-year-old executive at an elevator construction company — makes $250,000 while Julianne has “spotty” income as an actress.

But Karl’s lawyer, Robert Wallack, informed Dawson that “as of yesterday, by court order, the child is no longer residing primarily with Ms. Reeves and she is permitted to have only supervised visits with the child.”

Wallack said the family court judge made the temporary order because Julianne “made false allegations” against Karl.

“Ms. Reeves attempted to have my client arrested for the seventh time. She made allegations that the father abused the child,” Wallack said prompting an outburst from Julianne.

Dawson cut in: “Ms. Reeves, you’re going to have to calm down. Everybody gets the chance to speak, so do not yell everything out.”

“Ms. Reeves is a fraud. Our papers details that while she is crying poverty, she has spent $16,000 … on elective cosmetic surgeries since this litigation began,” Wallack claimed, adding that she allegedly tries to hide her money in three secret bank accounts.

Vale said she would be appealing the family court decision — which won’t be finalized until after a hearing.

Dawson said she would have to postpone ruling on the increase in support because “if the child is not in her custody, then the motion is moot.”

Julianne — who appeared in the 2010 movie “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” — split from Karl in 2017 and has since accused him of being abusive, using cocaine, cavorting with other women and carrying out financial crimes. Karl denies the claims.

Julianne has been photographed with Steve Forbes and Michael Bloomberg, according to her Instagram page.
