The Lenovo S145 Laptop Is Now More Than 50% Off

Forbes 3 weeks ago

Looking for a highly capable laptop at a super affordable price? The Lenovo S145 usually costs $589—but it’s currently on sale for $237.20, or more than $350 off its regular price.

The laptop may be inexpensive, but don’t let that deter you. If you want a device for streaming movies, browsing the Web, and keeping up with social media, this could be the machine for you.

Under the hood, the Lenovo S145 offers an Intel Pentiun Gold 5405U processor, along with 4GB of RAM and 500GB of storage. Even more significant is the 15.6-inch display, which is perfect for watching movies and videos. Along the edges, there are two USB 3.1 ports, a USB 2.0 port, and a HDMI port, which should be more than enough for most users.

The laptop comes with Windows 10 in S mode, which only allows you to install apps from the Windows Store, but is a little safer and easier to use than the full version of Windows 10. That said, if you want the full Windows 10 version, you can activate the operating system for free.

The laptop is pretty sleek too, which is good news for those who want something they can take on the road with them. It’s less than an inch thick, so you should be able to slide it into a bag or backpack easily.

Want something a little more capable? The Lenovo Flex 14 may be the way to go. This laptop comes with an AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 12GB of RAM, and a 256GB solid state drive, so it’s much better for more complex tasks and productivity. The Flex 14 is actually a 2-in-1 device, meaning the laptop display can flip around so you can use it in tablet mode. You’ll get full Windows 10, a touch screen, and plenty of ports too.

Like the Lenovo S145, the Flex 14’s design is sleek. The laptop is around 0.7 inches thick, and has a slightly more manageable 14-inch display. The Lenovo Flex 14 is currently available for $549.99, which is $30 off the regular price of $579.99.
