CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Baker Mayfield stood next to Freddie Kitchens in a ballcap in the early part of practice open to the media today, limited or idle for the day with his hip injury.

Mayfield suffered the hip injury in the third quarter of Sunday’s 32-28 loss to the Seahawks that dropped the Browns to 2-4.

Mayfield has the luxury of sitting out practice this week or being limited because the Browns are on their bye week. They won’t play again until Oct. 27 in New England.
