Workers spend two hours and 45 minutes a week complaining about their job – and another 31 minutes moaning about their boss.

The amount of work and lack of recognition are the most common complaints followed by pay and colleagues.

Checking work emails after hours, last-minute deadlines and an overly demanding manager were the biggest causes of workplace stress.
