Westminster sets date for its annual Spring Festival at the Civic Center

The annual Spring Festival is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 24 at the Civic Center, 8200 Westminster Blvd., the city has announced.

The free festival will feature live musical entertainment, food and craft vendors, activities for children, a resource fair and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
