Broadway Sales Spike Over Thanksgiving, but Decline From 2018

Thanksgiving week proved to be a record-breaking one for some shows on Broadway but not for the industry overall.

Such musicals as “Moulin Rouge!,” “Beetlejuice” and “Tina” set individual highs for weekly grosses, according to the Broadway League, an industry trade group.
