A gunman is on the run after killing one person and wounding another at a party for employees at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino at a Las Vegas park Sunday, according to police and local reports.
The two people were shot just before 6 p.m. while attending a picnic for the Strip hotel, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
The woman died while a man also shot was wounded. One of the victims is a Venetian executive, cops said.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Ray Spencer said suspect Anthony Wroble, 42, was also a Venetian employee, according to the paper.
Authorities shared a photo of Wroble to social media with a warning that he is “considered armed and dangerous."
