IHG’s “exclusive partnership” has ended with Mr & Mrs Smith, which was acquired by Hyatt a week ago.
IHG states that existing reservations are honored, and IHG One Rewards members can earn points and qualifying nights for them, but these can no longer be booked on their platform.

Conclusion
The partnership between IHG and Mr & Mrs Smith was “exclusive” until it wasn’t.
I don’t think that this is a huge loss for IHG and IHG One Rewards members.
You could only book limited rates for stays at these properties on IHG’s website and often could find significantly lower elsewhere. Loyalty program members were eligible for very insignificant benefits for stays at Mr & Mrs Smith.
Let’s hope that Hyatt is able to bring more significant benefits for World of Hyatt members for Mr & Mrs Smith stays. IHG can always partner up with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH); that partnership with Hyatt must be coming to an end.
