Panty-stealing music exec busted on charges related to a new victim

Panty-stealing music executive Adam Lublin has been indicted on sexual abuse charges related to at least one new female victim, The Post has learned.

Adam Lublin, 43, wearing a tuxedo, turned himself in Monday to the Manhattan DA’s Office, but the indictment remains sealed until his arraignment later in the day.

He already faces six felony counts of burglary and sexual abuse for alleged crimes against two women.

He was first hauled into Manhattan court in September for sneaking into a neighbor’s apartment inside the luxury River Terrace building in Battery Park City where they both live, groping her and stealing her panties and a flamingo straw.

“The victim went to bed in her apartment, didn’t lock her apartment door and awoke around 5 a.m. to a white man with dark hair, heavyset, leaning over her bed and touching her vagina,” Assistant DA Elizabeth Clerkin said at his arraignment for the Sept. 14 incident. Lublin fled and the woman later identified him in surveillance footage and called cops.

When police spotted him the next day near the building, they saw him toss a cup with a flamingo straw into the trash. They pulled it out and found several pairs of panties stuffed inside. The victim identified the panties and straw as hers.

Lublin was arrested and released on $175,000 bond — only to be rearrested days later after the first victim’s roommate came forward said that he had sexually assaulted her on Sept. 8.

“[The victim] was asleep in her apartment and woke up when she felt the defendant touching her breast whit his hand and placing her hand on his groin,” according to a complaint. He was released on $100,000 bond.

Lublin was vice president of talent for sports and live entertainment company AEG for nearly a decade then went on to work for First Access Entertainment in 2017.

He has been snapped at exclusive New York City parties posing with an array of hip-hop artists, including Method Man, Swizz Beatz and Maino.

Defense lawyer Scott Leemon declined to comment. Bondsman Ira Judelson arranged both of Lublin’s bonds.
