Cody Simpson channelled his inner Miley Cyrus as he landed in Australia without his girlfriend.
The 22-year-old was spotted making his way through Melbourne Airport when he decided to stick his tongue out for waiting photographers, as you do.
He was in good spirits after landing in Oz, opting for a blue t-shirt and leather trousers for the trip.
The Pretty Brown Eyes singer clutched a Louis Vuitton rucksack, completing his look with black boots and a blue baseball cap.
And he gave those waiting for him to touch down a decent showing, showing off his tongue for the paps – and everyone else who happened to be walking through the arrivals hall.
Cody’s new girlfriend Miley is also a big fan of the tongue out move…
Because you know what they say, couples who copy each other, stay together.
Or, something very, very similar to that.
Ciley (or Mody?) started dating at the beginning of the month, after her marriage to Liam Hemsworth came to an end.
Following a very brief romance with Kaitlynn Carter, the We Can’t Stop singer is now loved up with the Masked Singer star.
However, their honeymoon period hasn’t been without its rough patches, after the 26-year-old came under fire for her recent comments on sexuality.
Starting up an Instagram live session, Miley was full of praise for her new beau, but was seen to be throwing shade at ex Liam, as well as hitting out at her brief fling with Kaitlynn.
Explaining why it took her so long to start dating Cody despite knowing each other for years, she let slip: ‘I was being a little too hardcore for him and his vibes and not allowing anyone in but now I am.
‘There are good people out there that just happen to have d**ks. I’ve only ever met one, and he’s on this live.’
Addressing her sexuality, Miley continued: ‘There are good men out there guys, don’t give up.
‘You don’t have to be gay, there are good people with d**ks out there, you’ve just got to find them.
‘I just always thought I had to be gay because all guys were evil but it’s not true.’
Unsurprisingly, her comments left fans a little taken aback, with some branding her ‘problematic’.
Attempting to clear things up, Miley later shared a message on her Instagram story, telling her 100million followers: ‘I was talking sh*t about sucky guys.
‘But let me be clear, YOU don’t CHOOSE your sexuality. You are born as you are.
‘It has always been my priority to protect the LGBTQ community I am part of.’
