Copenhagen are ready to cash in on in-demand teenager Roony Bardghji in the January transfer window.
Bardghji is a target for clubs across Europe after his exciting emergence in the Danish capital, with the 18-year-old having impressed as Copenhagen qualified for the UEFA Champions League’s last-16.
Bardghji has scored 11 goals in 30 games in all competitions so far this season, including a dramatic winner against Manchester United in Denmark during the Champions League’s group stage.
United are among the clubs to have registered interest in the teenager, while Tottenham and Chelsea are also keen.
That trio are not alone in terms of English representation however, with 90min reporting that Aston Villa, Newcastle, Fulham, Brentford and Brighton have all made contact to discuss the conditions of a deal.
The Kuwait-born Sweden u-21 international also has admirers across Europe, headed by Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Napoli and Juventus.
Copenhagen are ready to sanction the sale of the Swede in January, as Bardghji enters the final 18 months of his deal with the club. The winger has made 61 appearances in all competitions since becoming Copenhagen’s youngest ever debutant in November 2021, aged 16 years and six days.
